The Installation: Supply, wire and install a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Avanti, 7.1kw reverse cycle split system AC unit. The internal unit will be mounted on the inside of an external wall. The external unit will be mounted on the floor directly behind the location of the internal unit. Allows up to 3 meters of pipe installed in surface-mounted duct on the external wall Allows up to 15 meters of cable to connect the AC unit power to the existing power subcircuit. Cabling is to be installed within the fabric of the building where possible and in a surface-mounted conduit on the external wall where not possible. The system will be pressure tested for leaks and the pipework will be vacuumed to remove all contaminants before commissioning. After the refrigerant has been released into the pipe work all joins will be re-tested using a gas analyser. Issue certificate of electrical safety, clean and remove all rubbish from site.

OPTION TO REMOVE AN OLD GAS HEATER FOR EACH AC INSTALLATION QUOTE. - $429.55 inlcuding GST

Disconnect, remove and cap off the gas line to the existing gas wall heater.
Existing gas line is to be tested for leaks prior to capping the gas line.
This price does not include any repairs to the gas line if required.
