Disconnect and remove the existing gas cooktop and cap off the gas line. Existing gas line is to be tested for leaks prior to capping the gas line. This price does not include any repairs to gas line if required Supply, wire and install a single phase, 40 AMP dedicated circuit for the induction cooktop including RCBO (safety switch) and cooktop isolation switch adjacent to the splash-back. Allows for 30 meters of cabling to be connected to the cooktop from the switchboard and installed within the fabric of the building. Install the customer supplied cooktop as per the manufacturers instructions. Clean the work site and issue a certificate of electrical safety and plumbing compliance certificate.

Important Information

Conditions

Assumes the new cooktop fits in the existing benchtop cut out or the benchtop is made of timber or laminex.

Assumes the home is of brick vaneer or weatherboard construction with timber frame walls and roof or under-floor access.

Assumes the existing switchboard is a din rail type switchboard and has a 2 x spare positions for the new cooktop safety switch
